Ordering and delivery

What is your current turnaround time?

Our current standard turnaround time on custom orders is 2-3 business days. This does not include weekends and/or holidays.

Do you offer a rush printing service?

Yes, we offer a rush printing service for a flat fee of $20.00 for orders up to $75.00. For orders larger than $75.00,  the rush fee will be a percentage of the total order. Please use the Rush link located on the cart checkout page. Our rush service ensures a 24-hour turnaround time(not including weekends and/or holidays). If you have a very large bulk rush order please call 281-354-5236 or email us at sales@getmytransfers.com to ensure the 24-hour TAT is available. 

Do you print on other media besides Direct To Film?

Yes, we do! We also offer sublimation transfers, adhesive decals, pattern HTV/Adhesive, and banners. Please email us at sales@getmytransfers.com for a quote!

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.getmytransfers.com/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@getmytransfers.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we will not be able to issue a credit if your order is already in production. In the event that your artwork was created in our gang sheet builder, a 15% processing fee will be assessed to cover the cost associated with the initial file upload.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes!! We are located at 23432 Highway 59 Porter, TX 77365. Our business hours are Monday-Frinday, from 9:00 am-6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am-2:00 pm.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to shipping. You can visit our order page here to track the progress of your order.

How much is shipping?

It varies. Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered, which shipping carrier is chosen, and where your order is being delivered.


Can I return or exchange an item?

Understandably, custom-printed items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  Please carefully review your artwork, as we can not be held responsible if you are unsatisfied as a result of your artwork. Any faults found in manufacturing or product defaults must be made within 15 days of receipt and will only be issued store credit.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via sales@getmytransfers.com with the details. We’ll respond within 24 hours. If the transfers received are not as expected, please reach out to us via email and include your order number along with details to discuss the matter.


Can you create my artwork?

Unfortunately, we don't create any artwork. We do offer a vectoring and background removal service for a fee. If you would like more information, please email us at sales@getmytransfers.com.

Artwork Requirements

Please upload your PNG image(s) with a transparent background ONLYSuggested 300dpi for best print quality.  We will not be held liable for poor-resolution images and keep in mind printing DOES NOT change the quality of the image.

If you have any issues with uploading your artwork, please email us the files with the quantity and sizing ordered. You must include the order number in the subject line.


Color Information

DTF prints are printed in CMYK color codes.  Designs created in RGB color codes will be converted to the closest CMYK color available for printing.  Please be advised colors may vary from screen to screen.  Please be mindful, not all RGB colors are available in CMYK format.

Background Removal Sites

Please be aware when using a background removal site, transparent pixels are usually left behind in your image. A transparent pixel is a semi-colored or transparent area of your artwork. Transparent pixels are not visible to the naked eye; however, the printer does see them and will print them. Transparent pixels will print white.  We are not responsible for reprinting artwork due to transparent pixels.
