Artwork Requirements

• Upload PNG files with transparent backgrounds only

• Recommended resolution: 300 DPI

• Size artwork to the exact dimensions you need

• Low-quality images will print exactly as submitted

• Printing does not improve image quality

We print exactly what you upload, so please review your files carefully.

Turnaround Time

• Standard processing: 2–3 business days

• Turnaround begins once we receive print-ready artwork

• Rush service available at checkout (one rush fee per order)

Rush orders with artwork issues may experience delays. Please monitor your email in case we need to contact you.

Important Artwork Notice

Make sure your designs are completely clean and free of leftover transparent pixels. These are often left behind by background removal tools and may not be visible on screen.

The printer will detect and print them, which can result in unwanted white areas. We cannot reprint orders due to transparent pixel issues.

Color Information

• DTF printing uses CMYK colors

• RGB files will be converted to the closest CMYK match

• Colors may vary slightly from screen to print

• Fluorescent colors cannot be printed with DTF

Copyright Responsibility

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

• You created the design, or

• You have legal permission to reproduce it

Orders suspected of copyright infringement may be placed on hold for verification. If an order is canceled due to licensing issues, a 15% processing fee will apply.
