Shipping Policy

Shipping Within the United States

GetMyTransfers.com ships to U.S. addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

All orders are shipped via:

  • UPS

  • USPS

The shipping carrier and delivery speed are selected by the customer at checkout.

Processing Times

Production and processing times vary by product type and service selected.

  • Standard orders ship according to the turnaround time listed on each product page

  • Rush orders ship based on the Rush Fee terms

  • Processing time begins once we receive print-ready artwork

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

At checkout, you will be able to choose:

  • Your preferred carrier (UPS or USPS)

  • The available shipping speed for that carrier

Delivery time depends on the option you select.

Important to know:

  • Transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, USPS, weather, or other carrier-related issues

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship the order

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • We will assist when possible, but final delivery responsibility lies with the shipping carrier

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered and selected at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
