Returns & Reprint Policy
Custom Printed Items
All transfers and printed products are custom-made based on the artwork you submit.
For this reason:

Custom printed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
-
We print exactly what is uploaded and approved by the customer
Reprints and Corrections
We stand behind the quality of our printing. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
We Will Reprint Your Order If:

The print contains a production defect
-
The order was printed differently than what was submitted
-
The wrong item or size was printed
-
The order was damaged due to a printing or handling error on our part
If any of the above occur, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with photos and details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Issues Not Eligible for Reprints
We cannot offer refunds or reprints for:

Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork
-
Colors printing differently than they appear on your screen

Artwork containing errors, misspellings, or design mistakes

Transparent pixels or background issues in submitted files
-
Orders printed exactly as uploaded by the customer

Incorrect size selected at checkout

Pressing or application errors
It is the customer’s responsibility to review artwork carefully before submitting.
Color and Quality Disclaimer
Please note:

Colors may vary slightly from screen to print
-
DTF and UV DTF print in CMYK color format
-
Sublimation does not print white ink
-
Printing cannot improve the quality of low-resolution images
These are normal aspects of the printing process and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end:

Contact us within 3 business days

Provide clear photos of the issue

Include your order number and description
We will review the issue and determine the best solution, which may include a reprint or replacement.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
-
Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Copyright and Order Cancellations
Orders suspected of copyright infringement may be placed on hold.
If an order must be canceled due to copyright or licensing issues, a 15% processing fee will apply.
