Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our turnaround time is typically 2–3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Rush options are available at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS). Any delivery issues must be filed directly with the carrier.
