Artwork Requirements

• Upload one completed gang sheet file per order

• File format: PNG with transparent background only

• Recommended resolution: 300 DPI

• Artwork must be sized to the exact dimensions selected

• Low-quality images will print exactly as provided

• Printing does not improve image quality

We print exactly what you upload, so please double-check your layout before submitting.

Turnaround Time

• Standard processing: 2–3 business days

• Turnaround begins once we receive print-ready artwork

• Rush service available at checkout (one rush fee per order)

Rush orders with artwork issues may be delayed. Please watch your email in case we need to contact you.

Color Information

• UV DTF prints in CMYK colors

• RGB files will be converted to the closest CMYK match

• Colors may vary slightly from screen to print

• Fluorescent colors cannot be printed

Important Artwork Notice

Ensure your file is completely clean and free of leftover transparent pixels. These can be created by background removal tools and may not be visible on screen.

The printer will detect and print them, which can result in unwanted white areas. We cannot reprint orders due to transparent pixel issues.

Copyright Responsibility

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

• You created the design, or

• You have legal permission to reproduce it

Orders suspected of copyright infringement may be placed on hold for verification. If an order is canceled due to licensing issues, a 15% processing fee will apply.
